Education, Training, Experience, Certification And LicensureCurrent New York State RN license; experience in pertinent areas of nursing practice, graduate of accredited Nurse Practitionerprogram, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred, clinical affiliate of medical staff, National certification as Nurse Practitioner or active
pursuit within one year.
Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of
expertise.
Special Equipment, Skills Or Other RequirementsExam equipment pertinent to practice area, advanced skills in health history taking and physical assessment, skills in evaluatinglaboratory data, EKG and CXR interpretation, skills in assessing, planning and implementing a plan of care for specific patients and
families, while collaborating with nursing staff, physicians and ancillary staff, practice protocols as designated in agreement with
supervising/collaborating physician.

Pay Range: $50.48-$60.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
