Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Moden Locums : Job Details

Job Title: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team on a locum tenens basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRNA to work in both hospital and ambulatory settings with a flexible schedule. The role is well-suited for individuals looking for part-time or full-time positions with minimal on-call requirements. You will work in a medically directed, collaborative environment alongside a supportive group of CRNAs and anesthesiologists. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for a range of surgical procedures, including general, pediatric, trauma, obstetric, orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases.
• Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia, including pain management techniques.
• Manage ventilation and evaluate acute volume and blood pressure issues.
• Place central lines and arterial lines when needed.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative pain management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
• Schedule: Primarily day shifts, with weekends off
• On-Call: Minimal, flexible beeper call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient (hospital and ambulatory locations)
• Type: Locum Tenens (temporary, with ongoing potential)

Qualifications:

• Active CRNA certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• Licensure in MN or eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Strong experience in high-paced, complex surgical environments preferred
