Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Cancer Center!

Responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line.

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Montana.
• Masters degree in nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience as an RN in the clinical role.
• Five (5) years of leadership required.
• Leadership Courses through continuing education conferences preferred.
• Demonstrated success with teambuilding, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects.
• Proficient in English.
• Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
