Nurse Managers - American Medical Associates : Job Details

Nurse Managers needed for a nursing facility located in New York, NY!!!

Salary: Up to $135K per year (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications of the Nurse Managers:

• Must have NY RN license
• Prior Nurse Manager experience preferred
• Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
• Strong managerial/leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager:

• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
• Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
• Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
