Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)The Nurse Manager is responsible for directly assisting the Assistant Vice President of Women & Children's Services in ensuring the optimal delivery of care and service to patients and families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Unit. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting staff, scheduling, performance appraisals, clinical support and resource to the staff and educator.-3-5 Years of recent acute care experience in related specialty required-NYS RN license required..-Bachelors Degree in Nursing/Health Care or Business Administration required.Master's Degree in nursing required or currently enrolled and working towards completion-Progressive Management, Leadership or Charge Nurse experience with a minimum of three years required.-Excellent Organizational, communication and written skills required.-BCLS Certification required.-NRP Certification required.- Certification in the area of specialty preferredSalary Range: $130,000 - $145,000If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
