Responsibilities of the Nurse Navigator (RN) - Breast Health/Oncology include:

• Providing patient education and support to patients and their families
• Coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team
• Providing resources and referrals to patients and their families
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
• Documenting patient care in the medical record

The Nurse Navigator (RN) - Breast Health/Oncology is a compassionate and patient-centered individual who is able to provide support and education in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Certifications BSN degree mandatory 4-5 years oncology nursing experience required; Outpatient setting experience preferred.
