Responsibilities of the Nurse Navigator (RN) - Breast Health/Oncology include:
- Providing patient education and support to patients and their families
- Coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team
- Providing resources and referrals to patients and their families
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
- Documenting patient care in the medical record
