Avera@Home Sioux Falls: Delivering Exceptional Patient CareAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera@Home Sioux Falls. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care plans, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care, care coordination, lab draws, nebulizer treatments, and other necessary cares for patients during their acute stay.Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.Requirements:Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
