As a Nurse Practitioner in our Electrophysiology Arrhythmia Department, within the NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Groups (NYPMG), a leading physician enterprise affiliated with two world-renowned medical schools, we're committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care. You'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative and compassionate care to patients in the heart of Queens Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Electrophysiology (EP) Arrhythmia Department- Full time Days Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and device checks for patients with cardiac implantable device Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize advanced technology to monitor patients remotely and provide timely interventions Educate patients and their families about device management care, cardiac ablation procedure, and arrythmia Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Gather data, conduct initial history and physical examination, and formulate and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician Order diagnostic studies related to the patient's plan of care and response to treatment Provide follow-up care on outpatient basis This is a Full time Day shift position, 4 days per week, 8am to 6pm. No weekends or holidays. Located at 56-45 Main Street Flushing, NY 11355 Preferred Criteria: Current or previous nursing experience in cardiology Three or more electrophysiology NP experience Required Criteria: Master of Science in Nursing BSN Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner Current New York State RN license FNP board certification through ANCC or AANP Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
