In-home health assessment Nurse Practitioner position we have available across the entire state of NY, with one of the largest healthcare providers in the country!

The pay rates are highly competitive and the schedules are extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time depending on your need. (Visits can be scheduled Monday-Sunday at any time around your current schedule). This position is W2.

A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in-home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length.
