About us:Within our integrated physical medicine and rehab practice, a team of providers evaluate our patients, looking at both the symptoms that brought them in, and at the work, lifestyle, dietary, and genetic factors that are at play contributing to the patient's overall health. We then meet as a team to discuss each case and develop a personalized treatment program specific to each patient's healthcare needs. Our comprehensive approach mandates that our providers not just see patients as their symptoms, but as the individual with many interactive connected systems. We offer cutting-edge treatments utilizing the latest technologies, moving not the realm of health advocacy and wellness coaching. Our knowledgeable and experienced team consists of medical doctors, physician assistants, chiropractors, technicians, and support staff.
Duties:- Patient exam/evaluations- functional medical exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Order and review appropriate tests- (read X-rays) Evaluate clinical data
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Perform treatments to include Joint injection/trigger point injections (hips, knees, shoulders)
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
- Documentation- accurate and timely
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Qualifications:- Graduation from an Accredited NP/PA program
- PA/NP license in VA
- In network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and Medicare preferred but not required
- Experience in Joint Injection/Trigger Point injection preferred or be willing to be trained
- Experience in Ortho/Physical Medicine and Rehab or Pain Management preferred
Schedule:Salary (range): - Up to $120k per year Salary (DOE)
