We are looking for a professional full-time Nurse Practitioner who can deliver excellent medical care to a wide variety of patients. Immediate start date available!

The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will:

Electronically document to maintain accurate and current patient records

Work as part of a collaborative team with our Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Massage therapists, and Acupuncturists

Perform trigger point injections, orthopedic exams, and other related procedures, conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed

Additional job responsibilities will be discussed

Qualifications

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a New York State-approved accrediting body (ANNP or AANC) REQUIRED

Current and unrestricted licensed Nurse Practitioner by the New York State Department of Education or be eligible for licensure.

Please note, this position may require travel to our other locations Setauket, Sayville, Smithtown, Riverhead, and Westhampton.
