We are a Multi Speciality Private Physician group seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team!

Qualifications:

Must hold an active NY Nurse Practitioner License.

Internal Medicine or Family medicine experience.

Previous rehabilitation and healthcare experience and will have.

Willing to Train.

Responsibilities:

Mange medical team.

Communicate with attending physician'.

Coordinate care of patient with family and physician.

Manage various acute/chronic medical and post-surgical conditions.
