Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professionalnursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriateperson(s). Obtain NRP certification within 1 year of hire. All labor nurses become ACLS-OB certified with 1 year of hire. Labor Nurses completeannual fetal monitor training. Complete annual review of unit specific Code A responsibilities. Performs any other job related duties as requestedby Nurse Manager or Director.Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. Must have or obtain NRP certification andbecome ACLS-OB certified within first year of hire.
