Nurse Practitioner- Women's Health (FNP or WHNP) - TAL Healthcare : Job Details

Conduct comprehensive Womens Health exams, including physical and gynecological assessments. Diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans using the latest diagnostic tools. Perform in-office procedures, such as IUD insertion/removal and health counseling. Educate and empower patients on wellness topics including family planning, chronic disease management, and stress reduction. Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with supervising physicians and specialists for optimal patient outcomes. Administrative Contributions Supervise and mentor medical assistants to enhance clinic operations. Participate in case reviews and contribute to protocol development. Engage in outreach efforts to extend the clinics impact in the community. Support compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Requirements: Education & Certification: Unrestricted New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner.
