Will work collaboratively with primary care physicians and other specialty providers to ensure quality primary and preventive care for all ages. A strong commitment to community health required, bilingual Spanish a plus. Full and part-time options on Bronx Boulevard, St. Ann's Place, Inwood Avenue and the HUB.Monday to Friday hours with one evening per week and one Saturday per month may be required.
