The Nursing Supervisor provides support and oversight of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants while providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Essential Job Functions: For Clarity Healthcare:Assists the provider with patient exams. Gathers patient history/ Responsible for documentation. Sets up and draws any necessary labs and performs any special procedures as requested. Provides patient education and counseling as needed. Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of a provider and the clinic manager. Obtain medical records from outside providers. Provide oversight and support of RN, LPN and Medical Assistants (excluding RN Care Managers)Ensures compliance with all quality indicators identified by governing bodies and internally.
