Nurses, Registered - HonorVet Technologies : Job Details

Creedmoor is seeking Psych experienced Registered Nurses for the night shift (12 Hours- 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM). They must have an active NYS RN license with an active RN NPI number. Registered Nurses should have the ability to provide professional nursing services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Services may include but are not limited to nursing interventions and documentation, including medication management, nursing processes, admissions, discharges, emergency management, case finding, health teaching/counseling, and supportive and restorative care provision. They must maintain infection control standards and function as a treatment team member.
