Requirements Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent education. Preferred: Post secondary education in health or human services. Certifications: BLS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. CPI completed at facility. Minimum: 1-2 years customer service and/or health realted experience. Minimum: Must demonstrate stronger interpersonal skills, Computer literacy and customer serivce/patient-centered focus. Must possess a basic knowledge of healthcare and/or nursing assistant role.An entry level support role requiring basic skills.
