REMOTE WORK ELIGILITY: NoHOURS/WEEK and MONTHS/YEAR: 35 hours/week and 44 weeks/year FLSA STATUS: Exempt, Salaried GENERAL PURPOSE Assist undergraduate and graduate nursing students with practice and competency evaluation of nursing skills in a supportive, nurturing, clinical environment. Participates in Simulation Based Education (SBE) across nursing curriculums.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing students with the support necessary to practice nursing skills. Administer competency evaluation of psychomotor skills for undergraduate students with reinforcement and remediation of nursing skills as warranted.
- Facilitate simulation experiences: setup, scenario competency, breakdown of environment, and debriefing.
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the CLC.
- Assist with maintenance of laboratory environment, inventory of supplies and equipment.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (Registered Nurse, B.S.N)
- 5 to 8 years of clinical experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
