Located in Irvington, NY, Monte Nido River Towns is a residential treatment program dedicated to adults recovering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We focus on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation for recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee operations, nursing responsibilities, medication administration, and medical treatments.
- Engage in the scheduling, leadership, and development of nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to medical safety standards and that nursing practice aligns with licensing requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, medical professionals, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients as required.
- Participate in a shared call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time leadership role.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license; a BSN is preferred or in progress.
- Previous experience in nursing operations leadership within a hospital or residential setting is preferred.
- Experience with Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations is highly valued.
- Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required before starting work; we provide certification if needed.
