Nutritional Services Assistant - Saratoga Hospital : Job Details

Performs clinical office procedures related to diet prescriptions, patient education materials and record keeping.# Processes menus, produces and updates tally and production sheets.# Conducts meal rounds.# Indivisualizes patient information related to food / diet in MedDietary System. High school graduate or equivalent required.# (GED). Formal training/education and previous work experience with diets, a plus.## Customer Service training and work experience that included customer interactions preferred.# Must have basic computer skills and a quick learner. Able to multi-task and provide excellent customer service both over telephonw and face-to-face. Flexible and able to respond to emergent needs and / or forward to appropriate person for resolution. Able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Salary Range: $17.25 - $25.12 Pay Grade: 14 Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
