The Food and Nutrition Department provides high-quality nutrition care to our patients and guests. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services, and in-patient clinical services for the health system.
• Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
• Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
• Specializes in the planning, management, and execution of patient-centered projects.
• Responsible for assisting the Director with the implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet the health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision, and values.

• Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or a business-related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification. - Required
• Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics that leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian - Preferred
• 2 years of supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics. - Preferred
• Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian - Preferred
• Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma - Preferred
• Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification - Required
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License - Required
