Job Description:
Under limited supervision, perform basic maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment and other minor repairs at a facility/building/property that may be required from time to time.
Essential Job Duties:
* Maintains facility/building/property in a safe, clean and secure condition in accordance with required Company standards and safe working practices.
* Performs general maintenance work such as installing fixtures, basic electrical work, simple plumbing, carpentry and landscaping.
* Responsible for regularly checking the condition of any tools, ladders, equipment etc. and report any defects to the home management.
* Assist with cleaning windows, toilets, floors, carpets, walls and furniture in the building, using dusters, mops, brushes, vacuum and other cleaning equipment.
* Responds to emergency calls when directed by employer or office staff.
* Performs routine inspections of property to check for maintenance problems.
* May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
* High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
* Minimum 4 years related work experience
* A positive attitude to customer care
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment
* Willingness and ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties
Salary: $62,995.2 - $67,995.2 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $62,995.2 to $67,995.2 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
