NYC Attorney - HILL WALLACK : Job Details

Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a full time New York State licensed attorney with 3-7 years experience in commercial litigation/creditors rights experience for its New York City office (Midtown East). The matters to be handled involve commercial and residential foreclosures, bankruptcies, lender liability defense, commercial collections, workouts and matters related thereto. Qualifications

• Strong background in law, with specific experience in commercial litigation/creditors rights
• Excellent research and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide effective legal advice to clients
• Familiarity with federal and state laws related to foreclosure/bankruptcy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Admission to the state bar in New York
