Shift Supervisor/ Intake Worker
- Provide for shift coverage and be on call nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible and accept changes to assignment/schedule.
- Implementing preventive measures through crisis intervention and conflict resolution modalities
- Implement proper recording and reporting systems for consumer and staff safety
- Prepare incident reports
- Conduct curfew checks
- Conduct building inspections and rounds
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Employee must be able to work effectively and efficiently within a highly volatile and demanding work environment.
- Employee will be responsible to work various shifts and maintain emergency coverage where necessary. Must perform the day-to-day tasks and duties relative to safety; monitor operations and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Qualifications
- BA preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required;.
- Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
- Must acquire Fire Safety and Fire Coordinator Certificate, CPR/1stAid and Crisis Intervention/Conflict Resolution Training and State Certification.
- Must possess good writing and communication skills.
