The operator must maintain proper gaps between bars, monitor temperature of bars, and position bars into the straightener. The Hot Saw Operator will also change blades as required and learn the duties of the Cooling Bed Inspector and Straightener Operator. The Hot Saw Operator must work in extreme temperatures, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Must be able to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
