This role demands a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams. Education & ExperiencePosition Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma/GED and six years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, operations support, or a similar administrative role. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience (1 year of education: 1 year of experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to support tasks and follow established processes.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate more complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
