Position: OB/GYN Hospitalist Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital, St. Lawrence HealthPosition Type: Full-time, InpatientShift: 24-hour shifts (7 shifts per month for full-time)General Overview: St. Lawrence Health is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team of dedicated healthcare providers. This position is 100% inpatient at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, where you will manage all OB/GYN needs during your shift, with OB/GYN Physicians available for backup call when necessary.Candidate Requirements:
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology (within 5 years of completing residency)
  • Proficient in Epic EMR (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $350,000 - $400,000 annually
  • Signing Bonus: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
  • CME: $4,000 annually
  • Licensing & Dues: $2,000 annually
  • Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive coverage, including a claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, along with tail coverage.

Compensation Information:$350000.00 / Annually - $400000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:Pay Summary: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
