The position involves 12-hour in-house laborist shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, supervising residents at a university hospital with a bed count of 697. The facility uses the Epic EMR system and has NICU, PICU, and Trauma services. Support staff includes ER physicians, a full-time attending in the women's urgent care, in-house anesthesia, and RNs.
