Job Description
The Office Manager will be the main point of contact for all corporate matters, overseeing scheduling, financial management, payroll, and general administrative duties. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate communications and inquiries.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, staff schedules, and ensure optimal use of practice resources.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Patient Relations: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure the practice adheres to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
