The primary goal of the COEM is to prevent workplace illness and injury. The work involves providing clinical services and preventative education and outreach in the daily operation of the COEM, as well as employee health services for Erie County Medical Center employees. ADMINISTRATIVE and CLINICAL FUNCTIONS:As the staff physician, the incumbent participates in hands-on clinical care, assisting in training for nurses and non-clinical team members, and delivering optimum care to patients.
