Oxford Consulting Services is currently hiring for part time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide in home/ group home Occupational Therapy services for adults with Disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Any applicants that would like to work and/or partner with us, aligned in this need for meaningful change, please feel free to apply.Job Description:Provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residencesAddress client's progress and engagement in occupations that affect client's health, well-being and living qualityDetermine and implement the client's treatment methodology, as well as guidance in interventionsPerform therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.Educate clients on better practices of approaching tasks and provide mentorship on how to work towards small goals.Provide proper care and instruction to family members and caregiversOversight, data collection and correction on client progress towards long- and short-term treatment markersMaintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)Position Requirements:Active Occupational Therapy LicenseMS degree or greater in Occupational Therapy2 years working experience as a Occupational TherapistExperience working with Adults and GeriatricsExcellent organizational skills and great attention to detailsCandidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping clients achieve their true potentialStrong Clinical & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Written & Oral Communication SkillsOxford Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
