Occupational Therapist - Just Kids Pediatrics : Job Details

Just Kids Therapy provides pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy to Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a collaborative, skilled Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Hefner Clinic team. We strive to keep a patient first focus and nurture a positive culture amongst our team. We are professional, agile and our goal is to works to acquire maximum functional mobility in children with disabilities or injuries. In a playful and interactive environment, we use specialized, one-on-one techniques to address gross motor deficits in gait (walking), balance, strength, range of motion and safety. Impacting our patients and their families lives one day at a time. This position requires use of vehicle.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy (required) or Associates in Applied SciencesLicensed as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapy Assistant by the OK State Board of Medical Examiners, or a graduate OT eligible for OK licensure, or OT student in the final semester of graduate schoolNew Grads welcomeCurrent licensure by the state in which you work (Required)1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferredReputation as a reliable professional with clientsProven ability to manage clients effectively and professionallyCompetent in multiple languages (Spanish) (Nice to have)
