We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our clinics in Madison and Appleton, MN. This position will work in a variety of settings including SNF, LTC, Inpatient and outpatient with some possible coverage in home health. This position will also include school based and/or outpatient pediatric coverage. This is a benefited position that will work an average of 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Monday through Friday approximately 8:00-4:30pm.Professional Development Benefits:

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistantprogram must be licensed as an OTA in Minnesota or be eligible to apply.Both communities are supportive and growing creating strong patient caseloads and consistent local referral sources from onsite providers.
