Job DetailsWe are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a focus on wireless technology, control solutions, and mobile machinery safety systems. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding markets, and developing new products for our industrial manufacturing clients. Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales of our components and control solutions, meeting and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Leverage your technical sales and engineering background to develop and present unique solutions that meet client needs.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to provide technical support to customers and enhance customer relationships.
  • Manage customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize wireless technology and instrumentation & control systems to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team on new product development, ensuring products meet market needs and contribute to company growth.
  • Implement market expansion strategies to identify new opportunities and drive growth in the B2B sales space.
  • Provide technical expertise on mobile machinery safety systems and control equipment.
  • Promote our AP automation solution, demonstrating its value and relevance to potential clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer role or similar within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, or related discipline is required
  • Solid experience with components, control solutions, and wireless technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong engineering background with a focus on technical sales.
  • Extensive product knowledge and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with heavy duty construction equipment.
  • Experience in product marketing and new product development.
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of market expansion strategies.
  • Experience with mobile machinery safety systems and control equipment.
  • Familiarity with AP automation solutions in the context of industrial manufacturing.
