Position OverviewThe Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is looking to hire a Senior Program Development Manager in Chicago. The Program Development Division Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing workforce development programs in Illinois. The Program Manager works with the Office of Employment and Training (OET) management team under the general direction of the OET Deputy Director. This position provides executive-level support for developing, implementing, and coordinating workforce development programs, projects, and initiatives. The Program Division Manager also gives executive-level support to the administration, reporting and evaluating workforce development programs, projects, and initiatives.
