Of Counsel Attorney

We are a busy law firm with a relaxed working environment, who cares about the success of our employees and we are looking for a Of Counsel Attorney with 6 years in civil litigation, with a preference for experience in personal injury defense or plaintiff, oil and gas or insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload in civil litigation
• Provide legal counsel and representation in personal injury defense case, or oil and gas matters
• Attend court hearings
• Prepare Legal Documents

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to the state bar in Texas
• 6 years of experience in civil litigation
• Preferred experience in personal injury defense or plaintiff, or oil and gas
