Ongoing training with the team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees is essential. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made, or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. They work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.Responsibilities & Duties
  • Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
  • Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Complete required training classes.
  • Follow all employee policies and perform other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications & Skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability.

    • Detail oriented.
    • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
