As a Logistics Supervisor at Medtronic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, finished goods, and information from origin to customer delivery. Your work will be essential to meeting both customer and manufacturing needs. If you're passionate about leadership, process improvement, and logistics, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

* Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements.

* Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.

* Enforce safety rules and regulations and implement continuous improvement projects to continue driving the safety culture

* Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.

* Implements improvements of inventory storage, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

* Monitor and evaluate performance of direct reports

* Allocates workloads and daily tasks to warehouse and material handling associates

* Creates and leads the implementation of lean projects to improve the productivity of the team

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferably in industrial engineering, supply chain, or business.

* Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or manufacturing engineering experience.

Nice to Have

* Prior manufacturing supervisory experience in a Medical Device setting.

* Ability to engage, coach, and lead teams.

* Ability to effectively manage teams and assign workflow.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Prior experience hiring and onboarding receiving clerks, stockroom clerks, etc.

* Ability to be agile and adapt to changing situations and competing priorities.

* Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt certification.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$64,000.00 - $96,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
