We're hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You'll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.Why Work for Us?Paid Time OffOngoing Training: Stay ahead with continuous learning and development in real estate.Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.If this position interests you, start your application today!Compensation:$34,000 - $38,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systemsPlan community events to market the company and increase brand awarenessAnswer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral ratesUtilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the communityOrder office equipment and supplies as neededInform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievementsSchedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagementsServe as a liaison between the managing broker and clienteleTake notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports to the brokerProduce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brandQualifications:Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channelsProficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programsAssociate's degree preferred but not required to applyCustomer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferredProven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly mannerMinimum 1-year experience directly assisting the leader of the companyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google SuiteCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software experienceExperience with social media managementAbout CompanyThe Jacques Real Estate Team is a top-tier real estate group serving the east coast of Florida.
