As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative and clerical tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the office and support the overall workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administrative Support: Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules, and organizing appointments. Provide support to the office manager and other staff members as needed.

· Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases by entering and updating information regularly. Handle paperwork, filing, and document management efficiently.

· Office Organization: Ensure the office space is well-organized and conducive to productivity. Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and keep track of expenditures within budget constraints.

· Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and visitors. Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and direct communication appropriately.

· Assistance with Projects: Assist in various projects and initiatives as supervisors assign. This may involve conducting research, preparing documents, or supporting other team members as necessary.

· Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers. Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with IT support for more complex problems.

· Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of work. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is

a plus.

· Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

· Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal

and written.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise.
