Job Posting: (Temp-to-Perm) Locations: Beverly, MA Salary: $22-$25/hr Were looking for a reliable and friendly Office Administrator to manage reception duties and provide support to Client Relationship Services team. This newly created role is perfect for someone eager to step into various administrative tasks, including handling DocuSigns, assisting with light accounts receivable, and supporting projects as needed. Position Details: Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Location: 100% onsite Rate: $22-25/hr Reports to: CSR Team Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and maintain a call log. Assist with client calls, reports, data collection, and follow-up communications. Prepare documents, assist with accounts receivable, and oversee administrative tasks as needed. Keep office common areas tidy (conference rooms, fridges, and dishwashers) and handle mail sorting. Friendly, professional interaction with staff, clients, and vendors. Schedule appointments and accurately enter customer data into our system. Support Client Relationship Managers on various administrative and client-centered projects. What Were Looking For Positive, friendly, and reliable attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with DocuSign. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to step in where needed and a proactive approach to learning.
