Job Description :

Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail. Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and maintain the company's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and equipment rentals. Coordinate with field teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery.

- Document Management: Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.

- Financial Duties: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping. Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with financial reporting.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Handle customer orders and follow up on service requests.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment. Order supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Assist with safety documentation and training as required. Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

- Experience: Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably in the construction or equipment rental industry.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
