We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team immediately!If this sounds like you, let's talk!You are a motivated, self-starter who has a great attitude, and is looking for a place to grow. You will make sure the work is completed with excellence, pride, and attention to detail.You have experience in a fast-paced office environment, and understand how to communicate with all members of our team. In fact, you enjoy communicating not only with customers, but with suppliers, and members of our team. You follow through on these communications to ensure our customers get the best service possible. You follow up quickly with project managers, account managers, and supervisors to let them know issues have been taken care of. You are a great multi-tasker and always stay on top of your paperwork.Responsibilities:Answering incoming phone calls.Organizing, filing, and mailings.Enter and distribute client requests, messages, and work orders to the appropriate members of the team.Work with the sales team to request take-offs for potential client properties.Enter information for new contracts, and work with the team to renew existing contracts.Manage job postings and coordinate interviews.Coordinate with the team for employee and client onboarding and exit.Maintaining company records.Creating and maintaining company spreadsheets.Running small errands for the company.Creating and posting social media marketing.Ensure materials are compiled/prepared for weekly safety training.Requirements:Experience with office equipment and in an office setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook).Experience with Aspire, or another CRM system a plus.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to multitask.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Ability to speak and write Spanish, not required, but beneficial.Who we are!We are Tim Johnson Landscaping, Inc., one of North Carolina's premier, full-service landscape firms.
