Office Administrator Summary
American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator for our Warm Springs, VA location. This is a part time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
* All Location Administrative duties
* Receptionist responsibilities such as answering a multi-line phone system
* Data Entry
* HR duties including hiring and other duties as assigned
* Other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* 2+ years experience in an office environment - preference given to those with manufacturing background
* Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced office environment with little supervision.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Take directions from multiple managers.
