The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic;
- Communication and assist clients with a hospitable experience;
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.;
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system; assist with shipments and logistics;
- Prepare proposals / quotations;
- Conduct various research tasks;
- Prepare project status reports;
- Maintain basic bookkeeping and expense reports;

- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills;
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
