Job Description Anthro-Tech is looking to add someone to our team to handle administrative tasks skillfully and proactively. In this role, you will free up time for our team to expand their reach and effectiveness. As an Office Administrator, you will be expected to ensure the office is prepared and organized for client and team members' needs. This means anticipating needs, identifying, and acting on tasks proactively, cultivating relationships, and demonstrating care in holding us to high standards. Key Accountabilities
- Intake, track, and assign Department issues to ensure flow and completion
- Setup new projects in various systems (time tracking, budget, resourcing, contract, CMS)
- Manage distribution of research participant honoraria
- Assist client billing process for timely invoicing and reporting
- Manage filing and record-keeping
- Keep company scorecards, measurables, and tools up-to-date
- Handle approved equipment and supply purchases
- Register team members for trainings and conferences, and coordinate travel
- Tidy and stock offices in Olympia and Seattle regularly and manage in-office events
- Monitor Admin Support and other Microsoft Teams channels to triage next actions
- Reception duties - answer handful of calls, respond to emails
- Skillfully and proactively handle administrative tasks and assist in HR, IT, Finance
Qualifications
- At least 2 years' professional experience in office environment with administrative duties
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, a related discipline, OR compelling work experiences
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent abilities to learn and use web applications and cloud tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
Scheduling & TravelThis is a full-time hybrid position. You'll be working in office with Anthro-Tech staff at our Olympia headquarters two to three days per week and remotely the remainder of the week. Occasional travel in the Puget Sound area is required. You must live in the area to apply. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role of Office Administrator is $23.00 - $35.00 per hour + Benefits.Applications should include the following:
