Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Title: Office AdministratorCustom Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including payroll processing, human resources support, banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, 401(k) plan administration, and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:- Process payroll and maintain accurate records- Provide support to the human resources department- Manage banking and financial transactions- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable- Administer the company's 401(k) plan- Organize company events and activities- Look for ways to gain efficiencies and improve processes- Occasionally answer phones and greet visitorsSalary:- The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.Custom Engineering is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.Requirements- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to take initiative and work independently- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferredSalary Description $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
