Job Description :
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator with at least 4 years of experience. The office administrator's role will include working closely with leadership team handling clerical duties, office communication, coordinating operational needs and arrange for meetings, conferences and townhalls. Will be responsible for data entry of invoices, matching documents to invoices, and filing of documents. Will be assisting with other general office duties to include answering phones. This position will be responsible for handling A/P, A/R, HR, and basic coding for jobs. Must have experience working in a manufacturing setting and be comfortable being in the shop when needed. Experience with Sage is required.
