Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for an Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our team's productivity. You'll manage administrative tasks, maintain systems, and foster a positive and professional company culture. This role has growth potential, starting with system management and scaling to handle more complex project management duties and overall office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office operations, including scheduling and communication systems.
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence effectively and professionally.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Oversee document and file management for projects.
  • Provide financial reporting and support payroll and accounts management in collaboration with leadership.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Foster and maintain a collaborative company culture by organizing team events and newsletters.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all operations.
